Homelands USA is led by our principal David "DW" Heikkinen, whose extensive career within DHS has established him as a respected partner in the federal procurement business development (BD) arena. Mr. Heikkinen holds an active DHS-granted Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES) and a FEMA-granted Public Trust clearances, allowing for unparalleled understanding and insight into agency operations.

We exist to transform innovative product and service offerings into agency mission-focused solutions for federal agencies while helping contractors navigate the complex federal procurement landscape.
